Exercise

I am just going to tell you what I do.  If you want to look different then use the rest of this guide to sculpt the exact physique you want.  If you think about it, why do we look the way we do?  It is just an external reaction to an internal change.  When someone begins to work out every single day is it because they are forcing themselves to?  Absolutely, but once it is a habit everything changes.  A habit is a repeated action that integrates into your life, but mentally it is a change in who YOU are.  You no longer are the person that just shows up, you are the guy that walks in like you own the place.  Daddy is home 😊.  That shift in your internal reality to being that guy, will shift your external reality to match it.  You are fit, you workout, you eat clean.  Guess what, you have a 6 pack now because that lines up exactly with who you have become!  So for my routine I AM Goku, I train every single day with 2 days off – which I still go to the gym to use the hot tub/sauna/yoga/stretch.  Off days are not ‘off’ days, they are days to ACTIVELY RELAX.  Do not use an off day to eat like an asshole and change who you are.  If you are the person that is fit, you must embody it before you can be it.  So never use it as an excuse to go out doing activities that you know will not line up with who you are.  This will include but not limited to: Drinking, smoking, binge eating, late night clubbing etc.  I listed out the ones only to do with being fit.  You see all of these things are wonderful, they are the spice of life.  However, in moderation.  When done in excess all of the above will derail your progress.  As far as work outs go – I believe in Pain & mind sculpting.  Pain sounds like a bad thing, but when it is good pain that is what you desire.  For every single muscle group I want you to focus on your breath and the stretch.  Don’t just move the weight, feel the muscle energy moving the weight.  Change your perspective, and your view on weight training is really just a jedi mind game.  You need energy to move a weight, energy is stored in the dense fibers of your muscle.  By consistently putting the same strain, and increasing over time, your muscle will have to adapt to be able to move the load.  This load if persistent enough will force the muscle to increase its ability to store/generate energy.  That’s it.  Food is also energy, good foods = good results.  You can still get strong & massive eating junk.  However, be careful for the parts of your body your eyes can’t see.  Especially the Heart.  Mind sculpting is closing your eyes in order to see.  Closing your eyes will cut off one of your perception fields, wearing headphones will cut off another.  lift next to no one and you won’t be smelling, God forbid tasting anything.  This leaves you with just your thoughts, imagination and feeling.  Now start to do the exercise in this state of silence and solitude.  Use your imagination to envision the body part you desire; this is what you have.  See it move the weight, feel the force it exerts.  Imagine all the blood, coursing through your veins to swell the muscle up.  Mentally thank the weights for benefitting you, they are the reason you have such large muscles.  Mentally stay in this state of gratitude while you lift, eyes open with enough practice, and keep actively living your dream physique.  It is really that easy – active days for me are simple, basic exercises.  A search on google will give you most of them – what matters is that you find what works for you, what do you like DOING.  Once you know that, do it more, and more.  The fat will melt off of you I guarantee it. Keep the vision in your heart and mind of what you want to look like, and actively do as that person would do with nothing but love for the process.
