The Fathers House

“Let not your hearts be troubled. Believe in God; believe also in me. In my Father's house are many rooms. If it were not so, would I have told you that I go to prepare a place for you? And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again and will take you to myself, that where I am you may be also. And you know the way to where I am going.” Thomas said to him, “Lord, we do not know where you are going. How can we know the way?” ... John 14:1

In my Fathers house there are many rooms.  To me this is symbolism for the Highest self and Destiny.  In your imagination there are endless possibilities, all of which are guaranteed by the Father.  Although these realities may exist, there is no guarantee of safe passage.  That safe passage is what we all seek; we want to see the reality of our dreams and know we can get there.  That is what the promise was, is it not?  The Father told us all that everything is possible through him.  In my belief the Father is the highest idealized self.  This self is independent to the soul, and no two souls have the exact same destiny, or calling.  When someone finds their deepest purpose that is the same as finding their highest true self. finding your purpose is finding the father.  Now Jesus next said “And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again and will take you to myself, that where I am you may be also. And you know the way to where I am going.”  He is asserting that through him we can dine with the father.  All we must do is follow him in consciousness toward that door and we can blissfully walk through it.  The last sentence is telling as we all have free will.  Jesus states “You know where I am going” to which Thomas replied “Lord, we do not know where you are going.  How can we know the way?”  This is man telling Jesus that we don’t know what to do, or what to do.  We are just men.  Jesus died for us so that we may see his path, for all of us, in all of us.  Short as we may come of his image, he still will walk with us to where we need to go.  When we wander, he will walk with us still, but always has a spot ready for us if we want to go back to the father.  Jesus is the Christ consciousness, A consciousness within all of us that is the Northern star.  It is that deep down yearning to do what is right, what is just.  You know what I speak of, that call to action of what you deepest most desire yet rarely act on.  That is the Father calling to you, and walking with Jesus is opening that door and walking through.  If not, what is reality.  A constant string of saying no to life, to experience, to love?  Say yes to it all, and then some.  For in those visions of what your life could be, your life shall be.  You know the way, just have faith that all is prepared for you already. All those beautiful experiences you can imagine are yours for the taking, it is already done. Become the one that sits in the room and you shall sit in the room. All things are possible within the Fathers house, belief is the crux of how to experience as many rooms as you wish. For they are infinite to your dreams and visions or subject to your darkest demons and nightmares. Choose the rooms wisely in wish you lay, for they are not all equally lit by the fathers light.
